Defective Glue

The glue in cannister is defective. Farrier could barely get it out using all his strength. The glue was already hard and set. Didn't hold Scoot Boot Skin. After waiting almost 30 minutes, my horse walked right out of boot. Will be contacting Scoot Boot. Was unable to read expiration date on can as it was worn off.
