Disappointed with fitting service

I used the official fitting service, and twice they've sent the wrong size. Customer service has been good, but Shipping back & forth to Australia takes too long.

My mare’s contracted heels have practically fixed themselves in 4 weeks. Her hooves are so much happier. She lives in these boots in the pasture 24/7 and they are holding up wonderfully. I could’ve went with slims for the hinds but with the pads and toe shims they fit better.
If you’re considering removing shoes for corrective work I highly recommend it. Be prepared for a good amount of growth if your horse has been shod long term.

Just LOVE Scoot Boots!

I bought my first pair of Scoot boot Classics for my (now retired) Arab cross gelding and never looked back. I just don't want any other boot. This is the SECOND pair for my newest Mare and she does very well with them. They are lightweight, sturdy but flexible, only impact the hoof and not the pastern, and have an open work so water and mud can go through but still the boot stays on.

Excellent value

Quite happy with the scoot boots but on the downside they take time to prepare for a ride.
Cost wise it’s worth it

Don’t use until fit is approved

I sent photos and measurements to the manufacturer for sizing before ordering. After the scootboots arrived I put them on my horse and sent photos, but I got tired of waiting for a response and put them on my horse for a couple of days. That was a mistake. The customer rep emailed back 2 days later that the first was no good, but already my horse had deep cuts in her heel bulbs. Plus I was told that the refund would be partial because the boots had been used. 3 weeks later the wounds are still not healed. Big mistake.
