Scootboot Adjust (Enduro)

I got fitted for my laminitic mule by the professionals at scoot boots. Due to hoof changes during the rehabilitation process, they were very careful to get good measurements. The boots are very

I am not only satisfied with the product itself (scoot boot enduro size 5) but the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Used the app to take and send pictures and received a size recommendation which was just right. Then sent pictures after fitting on the horse for further adjustment advices. Always received a reply within 24 hours (in spite of time difference between Australia and Germany). And on top received additional mud straps for free! A month of sending pictures before even being able to order the boots. Then finally after receiving the boots, we tried them on and they requested more pictures. I had to wait in an additional two weeks before my horse could even wear the boots. Then after my horse is wearing the boots, I checked on her after a few days and she had massive rubbing and cuts, some of the worst I’ve ever seen. On all 4 feet. I sent the photos back to the sizing expert of the cuts, and she said she never advised me to allow my horse to wear the boots?! Absurd… I now have to wait for the wounds to heal. Try the boots on and send yet another round of photos. This process is going on 2 to 3 months. There is no stockist in my area to assist in person. There has to be a better way.

I had purchased 2 other brands of hoof boots for my SB which I had to return for a refund as they did not fit his hoofs. I had spent hours researching boots and was beginning to wonder if any would fit . After sending photos to Scoot I was advised that the Enduro should fit so I tentatively purchase the size recommended and after some assistance I managed to get the boots to fit. I was very impressed when we went on a 4 hour bush ride soon after and I was expecting some rubbing but very happy to say there was none.

Scoot Boot truly provides the best customer service I have ever had. Despite the differences in location (USA vs Australia) and vastly different time zones, their responses are always timely and extremely helpful. These boots were the first I’ve ever needed to buy even after 40 years of horse ownership. Their sizing help was fantastic. Thanks ladies!!
